Multimedia is concerned with the computer controlling integration.
Text, graphics drawing, moving images represented in multimedia.
It is an application where all the media sources are used.
Media Preparation
Media is integrated into discrete media and continuous media.
Discrete media includes text, still images, graphics images.
Continuous images includes audio, video, animation, moving images.
Continuous media is time sensitive.
It is a combination of text, audio, video, animation interactivity.
Media is recorded for playback on computer, laptops, smartphones or other electronic device.
It is representation of information in an attractive and interactive manner.
Media consist of two parts as hardware and software which are used for communication of information.

Composition means putting together and apply on any work of art.
Composition makes some formal structures in visual art depending on the context.
Composition is used in various part where it behaves interchangeably such as music, photography, graphic design, forms, visual ordering.
In graphics design the page layout is functioned by the composition in graphics design by press and desktop publishing.
There are various compositional techniques are in graphics which are used to achieve a sense of unity within artwork.
The compositional techniques are depends on the goals of the artist.

The various components of media are integrated into one application file or system.
The integration in media having various types as follows:
The media integration issues occur due to shared resources like CPU, memory, network, etc.

Communication uses some graphics element such as symbols, drawings, images, etc.
It also uses colors in surroundings.
It is an application of producing, creating and distributing the material with words and images to convey data.
This field of communication involves showing information in multiple media formats.
Images, audio, video and text all are the part of communication.
Single instance of multimedia communication does not have that all four components.
Examples of communication are websites, information kiosk and interactive media.

Multimedia is mostly used in entertainment industry.
In movies the special effects are used mostly and animation is also used in entertainment.
Multimedia games are popular due to software programs, animation and some special effects.
Video games also used multimedia’s features.
The multimedia that allows the participation of user in the application instead of sitting inactively that multimedia is known as interactive multimedia.
Interactive multimedia is most popular in entertainment field.
